June 27 With July 4 only a week off, this place has again taken on Its aspect of summer activity on the dally arrivals of hosts of cottagers and hotel guests. The popularity of Hay Shore as a summer resort is becoming more and more pronounced every year, the Increasing number of cottages erected yearly and the alacrity with which city families rent them being the criterion. Real estate men estimate that there are now more than three hundred cotages rented every summer.
