HOUR OF MUSIC Irwin Hassell, concert pianist and well known pedagogue of Brooklyn, will present an hour of classical music at VV at o'clock tonight. Mr. Hassell and a fellow artist, Josef Pavlnff, a baritone, have been an occasional and very popular feature at the municipal station and their joint recital is always exceptionally fine. For this hour these two artists will have the added feature of a violinist, Fred Rosen. For three ual entertainers and finished musicians it would be hard to present a better trio over the radio.
