Mr. Nichols is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Nichols of Pittsburgh, and Mr. Phelps is the son of Thomas L.

Phelps of Rochester, and the late Mrs. Phelps. The Dr. Roelif H. Brooks, rector of the church, will perform the ceremony, which will be followed by a reception at the National Society of Colonial Dames clubhouse.

Both sisters attended the Spence School and the Fermata School at Aiken, S. C. They are members of the Junior League. Mr. Nichols was graduated from the U.

S. Military Academy at West Point in 1929 and resigned his commission in 1930. Mr. Phelps is a graduate of the University of Minnesota. The families of the Misses Bailey on both the paternal and maternal sides lived in Brooklyn before moving to Manhattan.

Many Attend Shipboard Party For Benefit of Boy Scouts A large and successful shipboard party was given last night for the benefit of the Brooklyn Council, Boy Scouts of America, on board the White Star liner Majestic. The affair was a dinner dance and bridge, with other entertainment provided, including a professional exhibition of dances, old-fashioned square sets. Mme.
