Federicks' Funeral To Be Held Today Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 o'clock for Daniel S. Fedricks, 91, who until 1905 opera farm founded by his great grandparents Colonial times at South Road and Lincoln South Ozone Park. Molloy, making a strong appeal for support of the Roman Catholic high schools in the diocese will be read. The letter states that the annual collection for the support of the schools will be taken up at the masses on Feb. 4. In the letter Bishop Molloy states that, Christian education is particularly needed today and points to the fact that the diocese spends nearly $3,000,000 annually on the support of the schools. "We must be mindful of the fact." Bishop Molloy writes, "that our present unhappy situation has resulted not only from abnormal economic factors, but a also from human greed, avarice, selfishness injustice.

The only adequate and effective agencies to curb, counteract and control these inordinate tendencies of the human mind, heart and appetite, are true religion and true education."
