The Sixteenth Installment in each case is now due and payable, and hereafter for thirty-four years an amount equal to one of the aforesaid annual Installments, with interest, shall be assessed upon the lots or parcels of land benefited by said Improvements. These assessments were confirmed by the Board of Revision of Assessments on June 30, 1904. and the "Sixteenth Installment" entered on June 17.

Unless the amount of the Sixteenth Installment In each case shall bo paid on or before August lfi. 1919, which Is sixty days after tho date of satd entry of the assessments.
