BROOKLYN LIFE 5 DEATHS. Antonides, Mrs. Ida Suydam, 749 Carroll street, April 6. Mrs. Antonides, who was in her eighty-seventh year, was the widow of the late John Antonides, of Flatbush.

Carscallen, Mr. John 781 Carroll street, April 8. Mr. Carscallen, who was born in "Newburg, Canada, was the first and only president of the third National Bank of Jersey City, He was for three terms speaker of the Lower House of the New Jersey State Legislature and came to Brooklyn to reside twenty years ago. He is survived by his wife, who was a Miss Martha A.

Falkinburg; a son, Mr. Charles S. Carscallen, and three daughters, Miss Kate Carscallen, Mrs. Horace C. Lockwood and Mrs.
