Births HITCHCOCK-Mr. and Mrs. David Ingersoll (Margaret Ballou) a daughter, Mary Russell, Brooklyn Hospital, November 22nd. Deaths HORTON-Mr. Howard, 876 President Street, November 22nd.

Mr. Horton who passed away suddenly of a heart attack at his home was the son of the late Theodore K. and Martha A. Horton. He was one of the oldest members of the Crescent Athletic Club and for years among the most regular of its frequenters.

He is survived by a sister, Miss Grace Horton. He was a lawyer and a member of an old Brooklyn family, His boyhood house was on Gallatin Place a street now entirely given up to business building. PERIPATETIC PERSONALS Mr. and Mrs. Amos S.

Lamphear of 41 Cambridge Place and Mr. and Mrs. Max Ernest May (Dorothy Lamphear) of 447A Washington Avenue with the two sons of Mrs. May, Stuart Lamphear May and Donald Ernest May, are registered at the Seaside Hotel, Atlantic City, N. for the Thanksgiving week-end.

Major and Mrs. Archibald Young spent a week with Major Young's mother, Mrs. Archibald Young, senior, and his sister Miss Anne Whittamore Young, of 8807 Eighteenth Avenue, before leaving for Hayti, where he has been ordered for two years. Among those attending the Yale- Army game was, Miss Margaret D. Harrison.

Mr. and Mrs. Thomas A. McMillan and Miss Dorothy A. McMillan have returned to their home 832 St.

Mark's Avenue, from Norton, Conn. Mr. and Mrs. Robert S. Corbett, of 225 Lincoln Place, returned from Boston on Sunday, November 15th, after spending a week in New England.

Mr. and Mrs. Brower Hewitt (Antoinette Butler) of New Haven, Connecticut, with their children the Misses Cornelia, Lydia, and Nina Hewitt, and Master Glentworth Butler Hewitt, are spending the Thanksgiving week-end with Dr. and Mrs. Glentworth R.
