who was 48 years of age, lived at 65 Livingston Street, with his sisters, the Misses Adele A. and Florence Frank, who survive him. He is also survived by two brothers, Mr. George S. Frank, of 59 Livingston Street, and Mr.

Harold G. Frank, of Chicago, and another sister, Mrs. Paul Revere Smith, of 47 Willow Street. He was the son of the late' Mr. and Mrs.

and Mrs. John H. Thompson of 47 Pierrepont Street and a nephew of Mrs. Walter A. Lawrence of 194 Midwood Street.

Whitman Willcox, "Oakside," Smithtown Branch, L. I. Mr. Kenyon was born in Binghamton, N. ninety, years ago.

He moved to Brooklyn when a 'young man and established a lumber business here under the name of Kenyon and Newton. In 1861 he married Miss Lesbia Piatt Rugg, who died in leaving one child, Charles K. Kenyon. In 1899 Mr. Kenyon married Bertha Barrelle, who survives him, together with four children' of this marriage.

Mr, Kenyon, who always lived, a very active life, retired from active business thirty years ago, "when1 he built his country home. During his entire life he was an ardent yachtsman, both in New York and Florida waters." He was a trustee of the Kings County Trust Company. Newman Mrs. Anne Towner, 75 Prospect Park West, May 14tK. Mrs.

Newman is survived by her husband, Mr. Charles H. Newman, and a daughter, Elizabeths, She was the daughter of Mr. William Allen and the late Annie W. Towner.
