Felix Street. That it seemed some- how to miss fire was not the fault of the exceptionally well trained amateur actors, but seemed to lie rather in the theme of the play itself. For one reason, it was a bit too wordy with not enough action to keep from dragging. There were some very clever lines, however, and at times the dialogue was sufficiently amusing to UTILITY SERVICE What Dollar You Spend Buys More Value? Recollections of those stirring days of Chateau Thierry, Belleau Woods, the Ar-gonne Forest, on the bloody battle fields of France and Belgium, are vividly recalled as a huge Cyclorama of the Battle of Chateau Thierry, which is exhibited at LUNA PARK.

The Cyclorama, which was built at a cost of $300,000 is, no doubt, the biggest and most thrilling attraction that has been brought to Coney Island for many a year. As you stand on an elevated platform, you see the war fields, machine gun nests, snipers, heavy 'artillery and airplanes in action, in one of the world's most exacting struggles. As the lights are dimmed, your nerves tingle with anticipation of the scenes to be enfolded before your eyes. Motor lorries, artillery wagons, etc. come bumping along rough shelled roads as the battle begins.

When the artillery fire opens up, you can plainly hear the machine guns tit-tat and the beginning of the memorial victory is on. The illusion is complete as you see fields and homes burn before your eyes and the opposing forces in their retreat up through Belleau Woods and the destruction of the village of Veaux. The Cyclorama is fifty feet high and three hundred sixty five feet in circumference. There are more than one thousand sheets of galvanized iron, eight feet long, weighing seven and one half tons. There are two thousand electric lamps with fifteen thousand additional watts to produce the various effects.

Another imported attraction is the "Auto Polo," which is more thrilling than when played on horses, there being an element of danger which is inspiring. The entirely new free circus has been booked for the season, which includes such nationally well-known acts as Miss Adele Nelson with her three trained baby elephants; John Agee with his trained brewery horses and bull the Eugene Randow Trio and DeMarlo and Marlette, wonderful trapeze performers and the famous and picturesque Henry Moray as ring-master. The "Broadway Revue," sponsored by Miss Anitas Goldie, is another new feature in Luna Park this summer. The Mile-Sky-Chaser, the Pit, Dragons Gorge and numerous other attractions with free dancing in Luna's spacious ball room, are included in the fifty acres of fun. A Service Virtue The pleasant art of getting along with people is one that we, in this business, can always study to good advantage.
