**** 10/1/31 Allen Haight sells their last 120 Acres of Massapequa property originally purchased in 1905 from the Jones Estate to Developer J. E. McGolrick. The McGolrick realty corp purchased their original holdings from Haight in 1927. Most of this land is North of Sunrise and 104 lots of McGolrick's holdings have been sold to School district which eventually becomes Lockhart Elementary & Ames Jr High Schools.
