Good Mr. and Mrs. Gerard Smith, 914 Prospect Place, will return on the Aquitania on Friday. They sailed abroad late in July, going direct to the Dublin Horse Show and then returning to England for two weeks. with Mrs.

Smith's mother and father. Upon arriving! they will go to visit Mr. and William H. at New Canaan, until October. Mr.

and Mrs. Walter S. Gibbs of 11 Schermerhorn St. will make their home at 38 Livingston St. this Fall.

Dr. and Mrs. Nathan T. Beers, who have been on a month's trip motoring in Scotland, will return to their home at 332 Clinton Ave. on Labor Day.

Mr. and Mrs. Walter Maremus Gladding Jr. (Jane Bell Dabney Grinnan), who were married on Saturday at Richmond, are at the Homestead, Hot Springs, Va. Mr.

Gladding is the son of Mr. Mrs. Walter Gladding of 163 Westminster Road, Brooklyn. The bride formerly resided in Richmond. Lucy Marie Sinclaire, daughter.

of Mrs. Frank Marvin Sinclaire of 248 Henry and Northville, N. is the guest of Miss Dorothy Draper daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Draper, at their country home at Friends Lake, in the Adirondacks.

Mrs. Glentworth Reeve Butler is spending the remainer of the Summer at Watch Hill, L. I. Mrs. Butler recently returned from abroad with her granddaughter, Miss Cornelia Butler Hewitt.

John Henry Powell, brother of the bride, gave her in marriage. Miss Florence Powell of Newport News, was maid of honor, and Mrs. Harry Datz of Brooklyn, the' bridegroom's sister, was matron of honor. Mr. Datz was best man for Mr.

Armstrong, who is a graduate of, the University of Pennsylvania. The ushers were Edward Simons of Nansemond County and Nat Powell of Newport News. The bride was gowned in ivory satin made with a flare skirt and wore a lace coatee. Her veil fell from a lace cap. She carried a shower of bride's roses and valley lilies which hung from a white Bible carried by her mother at her own wedding.

The maid honor wore an afternoon dress of ashes of roses chiffon with a blue lace coat and a small turban of blue tulle. She carried an Arin bouquet of rose asters and blue and pink delphiniums. Mrs. Datz's gown was of peach chiffon with A hat of matching tulle. Her bouquet was of pink asters and delphiniums.

Upon their return from western North Carolina Mr. Armstrong and his bride will reside in Flatbush. VALECHE Mrs. John J. Mann Jr.

Matthew's R. C. Church. Mr. and Mrs.

Armstrong, the Misses Madeline and Mary Armstrong Clinton and William Armstrong, all of Brooklyn, motored Virginia to attend the wedding. Miss Pauline L. Nicoud, daughter of Mrs. Paul Jacques Nicoud of 117 Bainbridge St. has left Cliff Haven, where she has been staying for the past two months and will spend the remainder of the month at Allenhurst, L.

1. Bush-Larcom Wedding Plans The wedding of Miss Mary Louise Bush, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. William Noble Bush of 103 Macon to F. Russel Larcom, son of Mr.

and Mrs. Frank Larcom of Hollis, L. will take place Sept. 19 at Central Presbyterian Church at 8 o'clock. Officiating at the ceremony will be Dr.

J. Lowry Fendrich, pastor, and Dr. Carl Podin, chaplain of Seamen's Institute, Manhattan. Miss Bush is a graduate of Adelphi College, class of '28. She is a member of the Alpha Delta Theta Sorority.

Mr. Larcom attended Polytechnic Institute. Miss Bush has chosen for her maid of honor Miss Alice Witherington. James T. Robertson will be best man.

Martha Damon and Florence Emery will be bridesmaids. Grace and Jeannette Worthington of Livingston, will attend the bride as flower girls. The ushers will include Edward C. Bush, William McCormick, Stanley Wood and George H. Dayton.

Miss Charlotte Hansch Bride Of John Ogden Taylor Miss Charlotte Hansch, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard of 128 Marine was married last night to John Ogden Taylor, son of Charles Taylor of Norwich, N. Y. The ceremony was performed at 8 p.m.
